For plugins containing C++ code, which is the case for Touch Interface Designer, EPIC GAME allows the vendor to update a plugin only to the last three versions of the engine.
Please keep in mind that you can only actively update the latest three versions of your Code Plugin. Older versions of your plugin can still exist and be available to customers, but they can no longer be updated.
