How to install this plugin in projet (not in engine with marketplace)

If you have a .rar file you must extract the .rar which corresponds to the version of the engine you are using.
Place VitualControlDesigner (Old) or TouchInterfaceDesigner folder in the Plugins folder of your project.
Create the Plugins folder if it does not already exist.
You may need to recompile the plugin if the Binaries and Intermediate folders are not present.
