Why unreal engine crash when an other level is open in play in editor (PIE) ?

This is because you should remove touch interface before opening level.

Touch Interface Designer is able to remove touch interface automatically when a new level is loaded. This is an option to activate in plugin setting.

Project Settings > Touch Interface > Automatically Remove Touch Interface
