By default, the touch interface is not displayed on the PC. Touch Interface Designer has been designed primarily for mobile use. You can force Touch Interface Designer to display the touch interface on PC either by activating “Use Mouse for Touch”, or by activating “Show In Desktop Platform”.
In Project Settings > Input
Check Use Mouse for Touch
Caution! Activating Use Mouse for Touch may cause mouse recognition problems and return an incorrect position. Enable this feature only for debugging purposes.
In Project settings > Plugins > Touch Interface
Check Show in Desktop Platform
